The editorial pages on shiftgauge.online are free to read. When a separate digital product is sold under Shift Gauge branding, the following applies.
Window
Purchasers may request a refund within 30 days of purchase by emailing support@shiftgauge.online with the order reference and the email used at checkout.
Process
Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method after verification. Processing time depends on the payment provider and the purchaser’s bank; Shift Gauge initiates the reverse once the request is accepted.
Limits
Requests outside the 30-day window, duplicate claims for the same order, or clear payment fraud may be declined. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable Brazilian law are not limited by this page.
