The controller is Shift Gauge, reachable at support@shiftgauge.online. There is no physical public address. Jurisdiction for operations is Brazil. This page describes practices aligned with Brazilian Law 13.709/2018 (LGPD) and, where relevant, GDPR principles for readers in the European Economic Area.
Data processed
Shift Gauge has no user accounts and no on-site forms. Personal data arrives when a person writes by email (name and address in the message header, plus any content voluntarily included). Hosting providers may log IP address, user agent, and request time for security and aggregate traffic measurement.
Legal bases
- Legitimate interest and contract performance for answering support and purchase messages.
- Legal obligation when a privacy rights request must be recorded.
- Consent only when a message expressly requests a non-essential follow-up beyond the original reply.
Retention
Support email is kept as long as needed to complete the request and for a limited archive period for dispute handling, then deleted or anonymized. Hosting logs follow the provider’s retention schedule and are not used to build visitor profiles.
Cookies
The editorial site does not set tracking cookies for advertising. Essential hosting cookies may appear if the CDN requires them for delivery. Third-party fonts are loaded from Google Fonts; that request may expose the visitor IP to Google under Google’s terms.
International transfers

Rights

Children
The site is not directed at persons under 18. Messages that appear to come from a minor are closed without further processing beyond deletion.
